Following a strong storm a couple of years prior, this homeowner had received the green light from the home insurance company to replace outdoor Plexiglas panels. The panels, which had been damaged by hailstones, cover the terrace that opens up into the garden area. All panels were replaced, combined with a positional alteration to one of the column supports. Impressed by the efficient service being obtained the client proceeded to request some additional home improvements at their own expense. From renovating the balcony finishes and repairing drainage problems to installing a new sliding door and ceiling in one of the bathrooms, the works addressed various issues that had been standing in the way of the property providing the unconditional enjoyable environment that it merited.
